Do you have a mobile app?

Baselane is mobile-friendly, and our app is in production. In the meantime, we invite you to add Baselan as a shortcut to your mobile device's home screen. This method allows you to use the mobile web version just like a native app, making it quick and easy to manage your accounts on the go.

You'll find the instructions below.

For iPhone (Safari):

1. Open Safari: Launch the Safari browser on your iPhone.

2. Visit the Website:

• Landlord: Go to app.baselane.com.
• Tenant: Go to tenant.baselane.com.

3. Tap the Share Icon: Once the website is loaded, tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square with an upward arrow).

4. Select “Add to Home Screen”: Scroll down in the Share menu and tap Add to Home Screen.

5. Name the App: You can edit the name if you’d like, then tap Add in the top-right corner.

6. Done: The app icon will now appear on your home screen. Tap it to quickly access Baselane.

For Android (Chrome Browser):

1. Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your Android device.

2. Visit the Website: 

• Landlord: Go to app.baselane.com.
• Tenant: Go to tenant.baselane.com.

3. Tap the Menu Icon: Once the website is loaded, tap the Menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.

4. Select “Add to Home Screen”: From the dropdown menu, select Add to Home Screen.

5. Name the App: You can customize the name if you’d like, then tap Add.

6. Confirm: You may need to confirm by tapping Add again.

7. Done: The app icon will now appear on your home screen. Tap it to quickly access Baselane.

Please note that there are a few pages that are not yet available on mobile.

The following functionalities are available on mobile:

• Viewing the summary of your account setup on the Get Started tab
• Viewing and/or tagging transactions from the Transactions tab
• Opening a Baselane Banking account and connecting external bank accounts
• Adding and sending funds to/from a Baselane Banking account
• Deposit checks from your mobile devices
• Adding and managing properties from the Properties tab
• Setting up Rent Collection and managing lease details
• Managing your Profile

The following pages are not available on mobile, we would ask that you use a desktop to access them for the time being:

• Interacting with statements, charts and accessing the ‘Tax Package’ on the Analytics & Reporting tab
• Viewing tenant account activation status on the Tenants tab
• Viewing the Property Metrics tab
• Viewing the Insurance tab
• Viewing the Loans tab

Our Tenant Platform is fully accessible via mobile web and desktop. We make it easy for your tenants to pay rent and view their rent collection details no matter what device they’re on.
