Set up next-day booking payouts
- Open a Baselane checking account, if you don't already have one. Follow these steps to open a Baselane Banking account.
- Log in to Baselane and go to the Accounts tab located on the dashboard. Select the entity banking account and then the checking account you want to receive payouts.
- Open the account details to view and copy your account number and routing number. Alternatively, download your bank verification letter.

When does "next-day" start?
Next-day timing starts when the booking site releases your payout. Each booking site sets its own release schedule. For example, Airbnb typically releases payouts about 24 hours after a guest's scheduled check-in. If you’d like to learn more about the release schedule, contact your booking site.
Do I need to turn on next-day payouts in Baselane?
No. Once your Baselane checking account is set as your payout method on the booking site, eligible booking payouts are set to arrive the next day.
My payout didn't arrive the next day. What should I do?
First, check the booking site to confirm the payout was released and sent to your Baselane account, not a previous payout method. Payouts scheduled before you changed your payout method may still go to your previous payout method. If the payout was sent to Baselane and still hasn't arrived, please contact Baselane support with the following information:
- The amount of the payout
- The ACH trace ID that should be provided by the booking site
Can I send payouts from different listings to different Baselane banking accounts?
Yes. With Baselane, you can open unlimited checking accounts, and we recommend opening one for each listing.
