How do I delete my account?

Before closing your profile, we will need to reach out to your landlord to confirm that you're no longer an active renter. Once your landlord confirms you're no longer an active renter and it is okay to delete your profile, we will submit a request to our back-office team to have your profile closed.

Prior to closing your account, please make sure that you have removed your payment method(s) and disabled Auto Pay.
