How do I refund or give a credit to my tenant?

We do not yet have Landlord to Tenant disbursements incorporated in our product, but we plan to add this functionality. In the meantime, you can provide a one-time reduction on a future invoice. Navigate to the ‘Invoices’ tab to edit a future invoice. See here for more details on how to edit an invoice.
