How to change your password
You can only change your password in your account if it was manually created during signup.
To update your password:
Log in to your Baselane account.
Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Profile Settings.

Select Password.
Enter Your Current Password.
Enter Your New Password.
Confirm New Password.
Save Password.
What to do if you forgot your password
If you forgot your password, please use the “Forgot Your Password” option on the login page. We will send you a password reset link.
Landlord login:
https://app.baselane.com/login
Tenant login:
https://tenant.baselane.com/login
Changing your sign-in method
If you originally signed up using Google SSO or Apple SSO and would like to switch to a manual password login, you can do so during the sign-in flow.
To switch:
Go to the login page.
Enter your email address.
Enter your new password.
Once a manual password is created, your login method will update.
Please note: You can only have one sign-in method associated with your account at a time. You cannot use both SSO and a manual password simultaneously.
