What Can I Expect?
Baselane is upgrading its internal customer support system! This change aims to enhance the support team's efficiency and help you get answers to your questions faster.
How Does This Change Impact Me?
Many traditional contact options will remain, but with a refreshed look and setup. The first major change is our in-app Chat, which now features our helpful bot agent, Botley. Botley can assist with simple questions. If Botley cannot answer your question, you can submit a ticket for further assistance. Please ensure the information you provide in the form is accurate and detailed to help our agents respond as quickly as possible.
Please note that once you submit a ticket, you will not be able to start a new chat until the ticket has been closed. You can still reply to your current ticket with additional information or start a new question if needed.
Revamp to the Help Center
Baselane's Help Center is getting a new look, which includes a ticket submission page where you can easily submit a ticket to our Support team. To submit a request, visit the new Help Center and click the 'Submit a request' button on the top-right side of the screen. Refer to the image below for guidance.

- If you cannot connect with an agent, leave a voicemail, and we will aim to return your call within the same business day.
We encourage you to use the new ticket submission form or the in-app chat bubble so that your ticket has more context and can be triaged efficiently to maximize our response time.
