I’m having issues logging into my tenant account. How can I change my password?

If you’re having issues logging into your tenant portal, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

If you have a Gmail account:

  • Go to tenant.baselane.com
  • Try to log in using the Google Single Sign-on (SSO)
  • If the Google SSO does not work, please try to input your email and password
  • If the password is incorrect, choose ‘Forgot Password’

If you do not have a Gmail account:

  • Go to tenant.baselane.com
  • Input your email and password
  • If the password is incorrect, choose ‘Forgot Password’
