With Baselane's Analytics and Reporting, you can get the following financial reports:
- Net Operating Income (NOI)
- Net Operating Cashflow
- Total Inflows & Outflows
- Schedule E categories
All these reports can be found within the Analytics and Reporting tab of your Baselane dashboard. There, you can filter by property and time period, if needed.
To download a report, navigate to the Cash Flow Statement tab, then click on the Download button (the file will be downloaded in CSV format).
I. Net Operating Income (NOI)
Here's a breakdown of what transaction categories this report includes.

| Transfers & Other (e.g. credit card payments, owner contributions/distributions, security deposits) | |

| If a certain category doesn't have any transactions tagged with it, it'll still show with zero balances for each month. |
Please note that Baselane's NOI can be used as a profit and loss (P&L) statement.
