Baselane's rent collection feature allows landlords to set up multiple rent collections for a single property. What does this mean for you as a landlord?
- You can now easily onboard future tenants while keeping the current tenant's rent collection active.
- Ideal for managing leases where tenants pay individual portions of the total rent without creating separate units for each tenant.
Note: This feature allows for multiple rent collections per property, not multiple tenants on the same lease.
