How to add an new tenant to an unit/property that is currently occupied and receiving rent

You are able to set up rent collection for future tenants while keeping the current tenant’s rent collection active. There's no need to create additional units within the same property.

    Although this workaround works, are there any plans to just allow for future leases on the same property? Adding a unit, setting up rent collection, and then deleting the newly created unit isn't an ideal process to do every time a tenant turnover happens. This problem would be especially problematic for folks managing mid-term rentals. It seems like this change would just require updating the validation logic when creating new rent collections. Thanks!
