How do I remove transactions imported from a connected external account?

If you no longer want to import transactions from a connected external account, you can disable transaction imports while keeping the external bank account connected.

How to stop importing transactions

1. Navigate to the External Accounts tab.
2. Select the external account you would like to update.
3. Locate the Import Transactions setting.
4. Toggle Import Transactions off.

Once disabled, new transactions from that account will no longer be imported into Baselane.

Remove Previously Imported Transactions

After turning off transaction imports, you will have the option to remove previously imported transactions from the account.

To delete previously imported transactions:

1. Toggle Import Transactions off.
2. Select Yes, Delete Transactions when prompted.

Note: Deleting imported transactions cannot be undone.
