You can order a Baselane-branded checkbook directly from your Baselane Banking dashboard. Checkbooks can be ordered for any Baselane Checking account and delivered to a physical mailing address of your choice.

Before You Order
Please review the following details before placing your checkbook order:
Each checkbook contains 80 checks
The cost per checkbook is $15
Checkbooks can be ordered for main and virtual checking accounts.
Checkbooks cannot be ordered for Savings accounts.
The legal entity name of the bank account will appear on the checkbook, and DBAs cannot be added.
The legal address on the bank account is the address that will be printed on the checkbook
The mailing address for delivery can be different from the legal address
Checkbooks must be delivered to a physical shipping address — P.O. Boxes are not supported

How to Order a Checkbook
You can order a checkbook in two ways within your Baselane Banking dashboard:
Order from the Baselane Banking Accounts:
Select the Baselane Banking tab:
In the Accounts section, select the arrow next to the entity account you would like to order a checkbook for.
Select More → Order a Checkbook to begin the 4-step ordering process.
Order from the Account Details Page:
Select Baselane Banking tab:
In the Accounts section, select the arrow next to the entity account you would like to order a checkbook for.
Select the specific Checking account that requires a checkbook.
Select Account Details.
Under Account Services, select Order a Checkbook.
Step 1: Select the Account
Choose the Baselane Checking account you want the checkbook for.
Select Next.
Step 2: Review the Check Preview
Review the check preview, including the legal entity name and printed address.
Select Next.
Step 3: Confirm Mailing Address
Confirm the mailing address where the checkbook will be delivered.
To use a different address, select Different Address and enter a physical address (P.O. Boxes cannot receive checkbooks).
Select Next.
Step 4: Review & Place Order
Select the Baselane Checking account that will be charged the $15 checkbook fee. (External accounts cannot be used.)
Review all order details to ensure accuracy.
Select Place Order.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to authenticate the request.
Select Verify to complete the order.
Your checkbook will arrive within approximately 10–14 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order multiple checkbooks?
Yes. You can order as many checkbooks as needed for any Baselane Checking account.
Can the address printed on the checks be changed?
No. The printed address must remain the legal address associated with the bank account.
Can the checkbook be delivered to a different mailing address?
Yes. You may enter a different physical mailing address during the ordering process. PO Boxes are not supported for receiving checkbooks at this time.
Can I order a checkbook for my Savings account?
No. Checkbooks can only be issued for Baselane Checking accounts.
How long does delivery take?
Checkbooks typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
