How do I track my rental expenses in Baselane?

Baselane lets you seamlessly monitor and manage your rental property expenses for multiple properties. You simply connect the bank account(s) and/or credit card(s) you use for your rental properties via Plaid, a secure software that authenticates and verifies bank accounts and credit cards.

Through Plaid, Baselane imports your bank/card transactions into the Transactions tab. From there, you can categorize your transactions by expense category and property, which feeds into the property analytics provided by the Baselane platform.
