How do I invite my tenant to Baselane?

You’ll invite tenants to Baselane as part of the Rent Collection setup process. Once you finalize and submit a new rent collection for your unit, Baselane will automatically invite your tenant to create a Baselane account. They will then be able to view all their rent details and start making payments.

You can also set up multiple leases for the same property, allowing you to invite future tenants while keeping the current tenant’s rent collection active.
