How do I update my tenant’s profile?

You can update a tenant’s profile by following these steps:

• Navigate to the Tenants page
• Select the three vertical dots in the top right of the tenant in question, and select ‘Edit’
• For pending tenants (who have not yet accepted their invite), you can update the tenant’s name, email address, and phone number
• For active tenants, it is not possible to edit their email addresses, only their names and phone number
