Signing up for Baselane takes less than a minute. Click here to create your account and start managing your real estate finances with ease.

When you sign up, you’ll unlock Baselane’s all-in-one platform, built specifically for real estate investors, which combines banking, bookkeeping, and property management features in one place.

Getting Started with Baselane Smart

If you already have a Baselane account, log in and head to the upper right-hand corner where your name is displayed. Select the drop-down arrow and select Manage Smart subscription. This is where you can sign up for Smart.

If you’re just getting started with Baselane, you can also sign up for Smart directly through our Pricing page.

Is there a trial of Baselane Smart?

Yes, there is a 30-day trial of Baselane Smart. When starting your trial, you’ll be asked to provide your payment information. At the end of your trial, the payment method provided will be automatically charged. We’ll send you a reminder 7 days before the end of your trial.

How do I cancel my Baselane Smart subscription?

You can cancel at any time:

1. Log in to your Baselane account.

2. Click the upper right-hand corner where your name is displayed.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Manage Smart subscription.

4. Choose your subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
