What data can be received from tracking my cash flow?

Baselane is the perfect tool to manage revenue and expenses across your rental properties. Using your imported transaction data as the foundation (from the Transactions tab), the Analytics & Reporting tab shows an aggregated summary of your revenue, expenses, and net cash flow across all of your properties.

As a landlord, you want to know a high-level picture of where you stand every month, and we make that easy. Depending on the toggle setting, the chart at the top of the Analytics & Reporting tab shows your net cash flow or revenue/expenses by month.

On the bottom half of the page, we show you the breakdown of your cash flow across 4 key buckets:

• Revenues
• Expenses
• CapEx
• Financing
• + Others

At the top right of the page, you can filter this data for different time periods (e.g., last 6 months, last 12 months) and different properties (e.g., all properties vs. individual properties). A summary of this view is also shown on the main Dashboard tab.
