How do I edit or remove a bank or credit card account?

To edit a bank or credit card account, follow the steps below:

• Go to the External Accounts tab
• On the main page that lists your connected accounts, select the arrow to the right of the account you’d like to edit
• From there, you’ll be able to change the account nickname, modify the transaction importing rules, and change the auto-tagging options

You'll also be able to remove the bank account or credit card altogether by selecting 'Remove External Account' located at the bottom of the drawer. Once you select the 'Remove External Account' button, you'll be asked if you're sure you want to remove the account, you'll also be given the option to elect the check box 'Delete all imported transactions for this account', if you would like to do so.

If you are wanting to remove a bank account from Baselane that is collecting rent payments.

You can remove a bank account that is actively collecting rent, and it will not cancel any rent collection invoices being processed into that account.
