When logged into your Baselane account, you can change your password by clicking on your profile icon on the top right, selecting 'Profile & settings' and select ‘Password’.
It is important to note that if you originally logged into Baselane via Google SSO, you cannot change your password here. You would need to change your password directly with Google.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you are logged out and have forgotten your password, please click ‘Forgot My Password’ and you will receive an email with the instructions to update your password. If you have further issues, please contact support@baselane.com.
Please note, it is currently not possible to change your password from a mobile device: this must be completed from a desktop.
