Baselane Banking supports select digital wallet apps for sending and receiving funds. This article explains which digital wallets are supported and where to find instructions within Baselane for adding funds using these services.

Baselane Banking supports the following digital wallets for general banking activity:
PayPal
Venmo
Cash App
Note: Zelle is unfortunately not supported by Baselane. It is limited to financial institutions that participate directly in the Zelle network. Since Thread Bank (Baselane’s banking partner) is not part of that network, Baselane Banking accounts cannot be used with Zelle.
How to Fund Your Baselane Banking Account Using Digital Wallets
To access these instructions:
Log in to your Baselane account
Go to the Baselane Banking or Transfers & Payments tab.
Select Move Money.
Choose Add Funds.
Under More Methods, select either PayPal / Venmo for further instructions.
NOTE: Cash App does not have in-product guidance within Baselane, but you can use Cash App’s official instructions to add money from your linked bank account.
Using Digital Wallets With Baselane
You may use supported digital wallets with your Baselane Banking account for:
Sending money
Receiving money
Transferring funds to and from your Baselane Checking account
Digital wallets are supported by Baselane banking, but are not supported as a payment method in Baselane's rent collection tool. Tenants must pay rent using ACH or debit/credit card.
