How often does Baselane update my transaction data from linked accounts? What happens if the connection breaks?

Baselane updates transaction data from your linked account(s) four times a day. If the account connection is lost for any reason, you’ll be able to manually refresh your transaction data by following the steps below:

  • Go to the External Accounts tab
  • Click the ‘Resync’ button associated with the disconnected account

This will prompt you to re-enter your banking credentials through Plaid. Once you re-enter your credentials, refresh the External Accounts tab and the account will now be re-connected.
