How can I fund my Baselane Banking account?

You can fund your Baselane Banking account using any of the methods below:

External Transfers

• Connect another U.S. bank account via Plaid to initiate an ACH transfer (processed in 3 business days). 

• Send an ACH transfer from your external bank directly to your Baselane Banking Checking account

• Connect a digital wallet (e.g., PayPal, Venmo) and initiate a transfer from the wallet to your Baselane account

• Send a wire transfer to your Baselane Banking Checking account using the following details:

  • Beneficiary Name: Legal name or LLC on your Baselane account

  • Account Number: Your Baselane Banking account number

  • Beneficiary Address: Address used when opening your Baselane account

  • Bank Name: Thread Bank

  • Routing Number: 064209588

  • Bank Address: 210 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857

Deposits

• Deposit cash at in-network ATMs. Click here and select 'Allpoint + Cash Deposit ATMs' to find the nearest location

• Deposit a check by logging in from your mobile device:

  • Go to the Baselane Banking tab

  • Select Move Money > Add Funds

  • Follow the mobile check deposit instructions (More info here)

Internal Transfers to Savings

You can only fund your Baselane Savings account(s) by transferring funds internally from your Baselane Checking account. There are two ways to do this:

From the Baselane Banking tab:

• Go to the Baselane Banking tab

• Click Move Money > Transfer Funds

• Input the transfer details:

  • Enter the amount and choose the source and destination accounts

  • Optionally, add bookkeeping details (category, note, attachment)

  • Review and submit the transfer

From the Transfers & Payments tab:

• Go to the Transfers & Payments tab

• Click Move Money > Transfer Funds

• Follow the same steps as above

Transfers between Baselane accounts are instant.

Track Your Transfer

You can track the status of any transfer in the Transfers & Payments tab. The Activity section shows details of all incoming and outgoing transactions:

• Transfer Date: When the transfer was initiated

• Type: Internal transfer, ACH, Wire, Check Deposit, or Mailed Check

• From: Sending bank account

• To: Receiving Baselane account

• Amount: Total value of the transfer

• Status: Current status of the transaction
