I had an issue with my mobile check deposit: what do I do now?

If you had an issue with your mobile check deposit you will receive an email notification of the failure, please double-check to ensure that you endorsed the back of the check with your signature and to proper endorsement.

 

Check endorsement

You will have to endorse the back of your check with 'For remote deposit with Thread Bank', as shown below:

 

 

If your endorsement is correct, please re-submit your mobile check deposit, making sure you are taking clear photos with all four corners and numbers visible, and that the information on the check matches what you enter into Baselane.
