How do I delete a unit within a property?

Follow the steps below to delete a unit from a property:

• Navigate to the Properties tab
• Locate the property that contains the unit and click on the 'Details' button
• Scroll to the bottom of the 'Property Details' page and click on the 'Trash' icon for that unit

Please note, that it's not possible to delete a unit with an active or draft Rent Collection. Before proceeding with the deletion, kindly 'End & Archive' the Rent Collection.

Additionally, if you have a pending Rent Collection setup, it's not currently possible to delete the draft lease. However, this feature will be available within the next month. In the meantime, if you need to delete the Unit immediately - complete the draft lease (you may use fake information), then archive the lease (see here for details), and finally delete the unit.
