Baselane does not assist with evictions, this is something that has to be dealt with directly with your tenant.
If the tenant is a part of an existing Rent Collection, then you can 'End & Archive' the Rent Collection to cease the lease from continuing. See here, for instructions on how to do so.
Once you have Ended & Archived the Rent Collection, if you wish to delete your tenant from the platform, please reach out to our customer support team and we can assist with this request.
